HEAD PIZZA CHEF
“We are looking for an excellent and outgoing Pizza Chef with relevant experience with the preparation of the Biga;
We are looking for a talented artist who love to make original pizza and love the authentic culinary traditions of Italy.
We are looking to someone passionate attention to detail and a cool head, charismatic with a great personality and a positive attitude to ensure that customers live an unique experience that Brutus offers”.
Main duties:
Following all internal policies and procedures.
Fully knowledgeable of the Allergen Matrix.
Preparing the mise-en-place and Pizzas as per excellent Brutus standards.
Knowledgeable of the chemicals and other hazardous substances policies.
Supervise pizza prep-chefs and plan their daily tasks.
Keep the pizzeria and the common areas clean and up to hygiene standards.
Team player who communicates well with all colleagues.
Promptly communicate any general issue to the management team.
Punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
Sense of urgency.
Can do attitude.
Have a genuine passion for Italian food and beverage.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £14 / £16 per hour
(Depends on the experience)
